I know that is has been a long time since I was last on the grind, but I was in survival and recovery mode for a good while. I am very blessed to start this new journey and I am ready to see where this thing goes! I am letting the words flow so that my soul can glow! I hope that you are ready to eat because you never appreciate a delicious meal until you have been hungry for a while. It is time to rise and walk!

The New York tour was amazing. I had the honor of meeting some awesome people who really touched my soul. I have already been asked back to the "Big Apple" and I can't wait to do it again soon.
